Hastings is delighted to have been ranked 9th in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List 2022/23, moving up 20 places from last year.
In recognition of continued work on diversity, Hastings has been ranked along with other UK based organisations that promote inclusion throughout their company and amongst their colleagues. In 2020/21 Hastings was ranked 37th and in 2021/22 moved up to 29th place and therefore proud to be recognised in the top 10 most inclusive employers in the country in 2022/23.
Now in its 7th year, the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List highlights a collection of the most inclusive employers across the UK, shining a light on best practice for inclusion across all strands of diversity including Age, Disability, Gender, LGBT, Race, Faith & Religion.
Pam Angel, Hastings Group HR Director said, "I'm incredibly proud that Hastings has been named in the top 10 inclusive employers in the UK. It is testament to the work of our Inclusion Council and colleagues across our HR department to continually raise awareness of diversity and inclusion at Hastings and to make it part of who we are and what we do. Although there is still work to do, our ranking from 37th to 9th in two years highlights the great progress we are making."
