Hailsham Cricket Club is bowled over to be able to welcome a new coach to train junior players thanks to A Helping Hand from local insurance broker Hastings Direct.

Hastings Direct's A Helping Hand makes financial, professional and physical support available to the local community. Each month Hastings is able to offer either professional support from its 1,700+ staff, or physical support with team building days. In addition, Hastings has made a small monthly grant available to support local funding.

The club appealed for £150 to help them train a new coach to build up their junior teams. Hailsham Cricket Club was established in 1884. Over the years, Hailsham has been successful at all different levels and now has four teams in league fixtures on Saturdays, 20/20 team, Sunday XI, long running cricket week, as well as junior cricket teams catering for boys and girls aged from 5-16.
