Colleagues become the 'face' of Hastings Direct

Local employer Hastings Direct is giving an insight into life at the general insurance provider by making its colleagues the ‘face’ of its new careers website and recruitment advertising.

With over 3,000 colleagues, Hastings Direct is thrilled to be showcasing the exceptional talent and profiles of colleagues from both its Bexhill and Leicester offices.

Showing they are ‘Clearly Hastings Direct’, colleagues from across the business will appear on advertising campaigns around Sussex and Leicestershire as well as on the website www.hastingsdirectcareers.com and Hastings Direct’s careers social media channels.

Sara Conway, Hastings Direct Procurement Buyer said, “I’ve worked at Hastings Direct for over six years and still enjoy coming to work every day. Hastings Direct has really supported my career and allowed me to explore new paths and even study for my CIPS qualification (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply). I particularly enjoyed being a ‘Face’ of Hastings Direct as I was photographed with my daughter who also works for Hastings Direct, so a great opportunity for a proud Mum as well as a proud employee.”

Hastings Direct is passionate about its colleagues and the Bexhill community and will be holding a Recruitment Open Day on Tuesday 6th March.
